경로 설계 시 필수 준수 규칙 / Make sure to obey the two most important rules for route design :
point 1 4차선 고속도로 및 긴 터널 및 기타 위험한 도로는 최대한 피하십시오. / Avoid 4-lane highways, long tunnels and other dangerous roads as much as possible.point 2 컨트롤 사이의 거리는 가능한 최단 거리여야 합니다. / the distance between controls must be the shortest possible distance.
플래쉬 참가신청서 작성 방법 / Requirements for flèche proposals
- 명시: 플레시-1 (4월5일) 또는 플레시-2 (4월19일) / Indicate: flèche-1 (Apr 5) or flèche-2 (Apr 19)
- 국문 및 영문 팀명 / Team name in Korean and English
- 팀장의 회원번호 및 이름 / Team captain (member no. and name)
- 팀 멤버 회원번호 및 이름 / Team members (member no. and name)
- 출발지 / Start location
- CP 위치가 포함된 GPX 파일 / GPX file containing CP locations
- 각 CP의 사진 이미지 파일 크기가 1MB 미만 / Photos of each CP. Image file size less than 1MB
- 출발 위치로부터의 거리를 사용하여 CP 목록을 만듭니다 / Make a list of CP's with the distance from the start
- 파워포인트, 엑셀, 워드, HWP, PDF 등의 프로그램은 절대 사용하지 마십시오. 프로그램을 사용하실 경우 다른 팀보다 승인이 더 늦어질 수 있습니다.
Photos, team information and control information cannot be imbedded in applications like Power Point, Excel, Word, PDF, etcetera.

2025-1 플래쉬 규정
플래쉬 행사는 코로나의 예상치 못한 상황에 따라 언제든 취소될 수 있습니다.
등록마감 시한- 플래쉬 팀원 명단과 코스 제출 : 3월 5일
- 참가비 납부 마감(팀당 200,000원) : 3월 6일. 플래쉬는 도착 후 단체 만찬이 포함되어있습니다. 플래쉬 참가비는 환불이 불가합니다.
- 팀원 추가 및 변경 시한 : 3월 26일. 이 후 팀원 1~2명의 추가나 변경은 가능합니다만, Jan Boonstra 회장에게 즉시 알려줘야 합니다.
- 신청 후 플래쉬-1과 -2사이의 변경은 불가능합니다. 단, 팀간 협의가 된 경우만 변경신청이 가능합니다. 팀간 플래쉬 변경 마감일은 3월 15일입니다.
- 팀장은 모든 팀원의 플래쉬 카드를 택배로 받게 됩니다 (4월 3일까지). 회원정보에서 자신의 주소를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 팀은 4월 5일 오전 9시에 시작합니다.
Rules for the 2025-1 flèche event
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the flèche can be canceled at any time.
Deadlines:- Submitting flèche teams and course proposal: March 5.
- Payment of the fee (200,000 won per team): March 6. The fee includes a group dinner upon arrival. Refund after cancellation is not possible.
- Adding or changing team members: March 26. After March 26, until the start on April 5, it is only possible to change or add 1 or 2 team members. Jan Boonstra must be informed immediately.
- Switching from flèche-1 to flèche-2 is not possible. An exception is made if you can agree with a team of the other event to swap. The deadline for such a swap is March 15.
- The team captain will receive the flèche cards for each team member by postal parcel, latest on April 3. Please make sure your postal address is correct in the database on the website.
- Teams start at 9 am on April 5.
