The number of teams who registered for fleche-2 (including the proposals under process) almost reached the maximum of 45 teams. Please be advised that there is a strict order of acceptance, which is defined by the order of approval, not by the date you have sent the proposal.
In case you have decided to retreat with your team, please inform me soon.
