2024-2 플래쉬 규정

1. Flèche-1을 참가한 회원들은 Flèche-2를 참가할 수 없습니다. 단, Flèche-2가 정원 미달일 경우에는 참가신청이 가능합니다
2. 9/1일부터 45팀 정원이 차지 않았을 경우 Flèche-1 참가자들이 Flèche-2 신청이 가능합니다.
3. Flèche-1 참가 팀 중 DNS / DNF / DNQ 가 된 경우에는 이미 승인된 기존의 코스로 Flèche-2 참가신청이 별도의 절차없이 가능합니다.(단, 규정위반으로 실격된 경우는 참가가 제한될 수 있습니다)
4. 플래쉬 행사는 예상치 못한 상황에 따라 언제든 취소될 수 있습니다

등록마감 시한

• 플래쉬 팀원 명단과 코스 제출 : 9월 20일
• 참가비 납부 마감(팀당 200,000원) : 9월 20일 (납부확인이 되지 않으면 취소됩니다)
• 팀원 추가 및 변경 시한 : 10월 2일. 이 후 팀원 1~2명의 추가나 변경은 가능합니다. 단, Jan Boonstra 회장에게 즉시 알려줘야 합니다.
• 팀장은 모든 팀원의 Flèche 카드를 우편으로 받게 됩니다.(10월 10일까지) 회원정보에서 본인의 주소를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 모든 팀은 10월 12일 오전 9시에 출발합니다.

Rules for the 2024-2 flèche event

1. Members who participated in Flèche-1 cannot participate in Flèche-2. However, if Flèche-2 is not fully booked, you can apply for participation.
2. From September 1, if the 45 teams are not full, Flèche-1 participants can ride in Flèche-2.
3. If a team that has participated in Fleche 1 has DNS / DNF / DNQ, the team can apply for participation in Flèche-2 without any additional procedures when an existing course has already been approved. (However, if you were disqualified for violating the regulations, participation may be restricted.)
4. Flèche events may be canceled at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Deadlines:

• Submitting flèche teams and course proposal: September 20.
• Payment of the fee (200,000 won per team): September 20. If the payment is not confirmed on that day, cancellation will occur.
• Adding or changing team members: October 2. After October 2, until the start on October 12, it is only possible to change or add 1 or 2 team members. Jan Boonstra must be informed immediately.
• The team captain will receive the flèche cards for each team member by mail, latest on October 10. Please make sure your postal address is correct in the database on the website.
• Teams start at 9 am on October 12.
