PT-11 퍼머넌트는 경북의 이 지점에서 유일한 도시인 의성에서 시작하고 끝납니다. 이 도시는 버스터미널과 기차역 그 외 숙박시설, 식당 등이 출발점 근처에 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 퍼머넌트가 끝난 후 회복을 위한 사우나도 버스터미널에서 한 블록 내에 있습니다.
의성에서 출발하는 퍼머넌트는 길안에 있는 첫번째 컨트롤을 향해 경북의 멀고 외진 길들을 지나갑니다. 더 외진 곳에 있는 시골길을 지나 청송으로 갑니다. 청송에서 31번 국도를 따라 몇km를 가다가 다시 지방도로로 돌아와서 동해 그리고 강구까지 계속 가게 됩니다. 이제 주왕산 국립공원의 남쪽을 지나서 청송과 동해바다 사이에 있는 세 개의 힘든 산길을 마주하게 되니 준비를 하셔야 합니다. 해안가를 따라서 몇km를 가다보면 다음 컨트롤이 있는 남정에 도착합니다. 마지막 컨트롤인 삼작현으로 가는 길은 대부분 조용합니다. 의성으로 돌아오는 경북의 도로들은 더 즐겁습니다.

This ride begins and ends in Uiseong, the only urbanized area in this part of Gyungbuk. The town is well appointed with bus and train terminals close together as well as many options for lodging and eating close to the start point. There is even a Sauna one block from the bus terminal for après permanent recovery.
The permanent departs Uiseong and travels remote Gyeongbuk roads to the first control at Giran. More remote countryside follows until passing Cheongsong where the route picks up National Road 31 for a few KM then returning to local highways all the way to the East Sea and the village of Ganggu. Riders will pass just South of Juwangsan National Park and Three challenging mountain passes stand between Cheongsong and the sea, so plan accordingly. Several KM down the coastline and you will arrive at Namjeong for the next control. Mostly quiet roads will take riders back to the final intermediate control in Samjahyeon. The route back to Uiseong is more pleasing Gyeongbuk roads.
