PT-09 퍼머넌트는 해안선이 아름다운 사천만과 진주호로 데려갑니다. 진주 버스터미널에서 시작해서 남강을 따라 도시를 떠납니다. 사천쪽으로 시계방향으로 돌면 진주 남부의 복잡한 도로들을 피할 수 있습니다. 곧 사천만이 보이고 사천만을 오른쪽에 두고 75km를 타게 됩니다. 아름다운 다리들이 남해로 인도합니다. 남해에서는 해안을 따라 있는 완전히 새로운 자전거 길을 따라갑니다. 진짜 라이더들의 천국입니다. 남해에서 육지로 돌아오면서 이 코스에서 유일한 해발 300m 정도의 몇 개의 산들을 만나게 됩니다. 나머지의 여정은 호수와 강 그리로 구불 구불 언덕으로 구성됩니다. 도로는 혼잡한 경우는 거의 없고 아주 조용합니다. 잠시동안 거대한 지리산이 서쪽 지평선 쪽으로 보입니다. 진주댐을 지나고 거의 200km지점을 타면 서쪽으로부터 남강을 따라 진주시 도착점에 들어옵니다.

This brevet takes riders along the beautiful shorelines of Sacheon Bay and Jinju Lake. We start at Jinju Bus Terminal and follow the Nam River leaving the city from the east. By making a clockwise loop to Sacheon, we avoid the busy roads south of Jinju. Soon we see Sacheon Bay and follow it on our right hand side for the next 75 kilometers. A spectacular series of bridges takes us to Namhae Island. On Namhae Island the course follows an entirely a new bike trail along the coast. It’s a true cyclists' paradise! Heading due north back on the mainland we encounter some mountains—the only ones on this trip—taking us up to 300m above sea level. For the rest of the tour the scenery is dominated by rivers and lakes in a landscape of rolling hills. It is scarcely populated and has very quiet roads. For quite some time the massive Jirisan is our decor on the western horizon. After passing Jinju Dam near the 200K mark, we enter Jinju City along the Nam River from the west for the finish.
